About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Wesley. Thank  you for visiting my web page. I am now in my mid fifties and have a passion in understanding aging memory loss and helping the elderly and their caregiver on how to cope with dementia problems.

A few years before my late father, in his 80s, passed away, he showed signs of memory loss. He could hardly remember anything that he had done for the day such as whether he had already took his lunch earlier. None of his doctors then gave any indication of there being anything sinister. I did not appreciate the gravity of the situation and the speed with which his health would deteriorate. It was very sad and painful for me that he could not even recognise us during his last years.

The reason I created this site is to  help the elderly folks or their care giver to gain a better understanding of aging memory loss and how to prevent it from deteriorating. Getting a diagnosis earlier and having an active lifestyle will lead to a more prepared and happy retirement.

Please leave your comments below if you have any thoughts to share.

    Hi Wesley, Great site!
As I am now over 60 years old, I do get memory loss from time to time. I am trying to improve by eating a healthy amount of Vitamin and continue learning my Online business. It can be difficult as I need to go back to the training every time I need refresh. Your articles help and I will be back to look for more.
    Regards Sadie
